

That gave me the hint I needed to find this solution. To my surprise LICECap started to work on both monitors. I discovered this solution accidentally when I decided to test out this bug by closing my macbook so I was only working off two external monitors.I really hope it works for you as I know how frustrating it can be to drag and resize whatever you need to share with someone else.
